State of the Shelter

Each year, ACCESS celebrates its achievements and impact at the State of the Shelter breakfast. This year, we're honored to partner with them, contributing to this meaningful event on May 20th by providing beautiful arrangements for the tablescapes and floral design for focal areas. We invite you to join us in supporting ACCESS, an organization dedicated to serving women and children experiencing homelessness in our community, by designing or donating an arrangement for this event. DESIGN AN ARRANGEMENT

Learn how to create a beautiful arrangement while designing for an amazing cause. Materials, refreshments and florals will be provided.

  • Date & Location:

    • Sunday May 18th from 11am - 1pm at 1422 Mogadore Road, Kent OH

    Tickets are $50 and includes;

    • All materials, tools and florals to create an arrangement for the event.

    • A floral design demonstration along with a printed guide with all of the tips, tricks and timelines you need to execute a floral arrangement on your own.

    • A designer card with your name to be included with the arrangement to acknowledge your support.

    • A $15 voucher to use on any floral workshop hosted by Staple & Layer good through December 2026.

    • Sips and refreshments.

    Note: You are designing an arrangement for the State of the Shelter event taking place on May 20th. Arrangements will not be available to take home and will be delivered by Staple & Layer for the event. Each arrangement will be available for purchase at the event with a donation of $100 amplifying your support for a great cause!

  • During this workshop, you will discover an intro to the art of floral design. You'll learn how to create stunning a arrangement using a variety of techniques.

DONATE AN ARRANGEMENT

Donate a design from anywhere! Your donation will cover the cost of materials and florals for the tablescape arrangements.

  • Each arrangement donation will be arranged by a Staple & Layer team member and includes a donor card to be placed with the arrangement acknowledging your support for this amazing cause.

    As a donor you will also be invited to an exclusive livestream floral workshop on June 17th at 6:30pm est. where you can learn how to create a stunning arrangement in your home.

    Note: Each arrangement will be available for purchase at the event with a donation of $100 amplifying your support for a great cause!

  • Discover the art of floral design in a 60-minute virtual workshop on June 17th.

    You'll learn various techniques to create beautiful arrangements. To ensure you're ready to design alongside Britney, you'll receive a materials list and a digital guide filled with tips and tricks.

    The workshop will be recorded, and a replay will be provided to all donors the following day (available for 30 days).

    There will be time for a Q&A after the demonstration.
