Reservations are on a first come basis for availability. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required with a signed contract to secure your rental pieces. The remaining 50% balance is due by 11/20/26. Late fees do apply.

You can cancel anytime outside of 14 days. Your deposit is non-refundable, but no further charges will apply.

Each rental contract includes an 8% damage waiver on inventory to cover damage to the rental inventory caused during normal use.

The damage waiver does not cover broken, missing, stolen, or lost items or items damaged through improper use, vandalism, or neglect. Responsibility for inventory remains with the customer from delivery until return. 

Our standard holiday rental window gives you plenty of time to set your table without rushing:

• Pickup/Delivery: November 11/22 - 11/25.

• Return Window: Friday, Saturday or Sunday following Thanksgiving by 3:00 PM.

All items are packed safely. You must transport and store items in these original containers to prevent breakage.

We want you to relax and enjoy your holiday. You do not need to wash or sanitize the dishware. We handle all washing and sanitizing upon return.

Just rinse and place back into containers or racks.

NOTE; Please never put our tableware in a dishwasher. High heat, harsh detergents, and water pressure can strip hand-painted gold rims, ruin vintage glazes, or crack delicate glassware.
